This full reclad and alteration project is located in Parnell, Auckland, with views over the Orakei Basin. The streetscape consists of villas and bungalows so as part of the reclad / alterations, the client looked for a design that would fit in with the surrounding properties. While a big aesthetic change, the original structure of the house remained.
